Yesterday we did electronic stuff with Steve. We made cuircut boards and we found out the names of some places and things we get energy from like, coal, fossil fuel, Biomas, geothermal, hydro, electricity, wind and many more I cant remember!





This term it is all about ENERGY!!
At the moment we are doing CHEMISTRY or CHEMICAL ENERGY.
a few days ago we make GLUEY GOOP!



NEED:

• 1/2 + 1/4 cup of warm water
• 1/2 of glue
• 1 tsp of borax powder
• newspaper
• 2 cups

METHOOD:

1. pour 1/2 a cup of glue into 1/4, mix well

On the 2nd of August, The senior school went to the MCG for a football game. Just yesterday, we went back to the MCG to have a tour and go to the SPORTS MUSEUM!!! Our guide Ken, took us all around the MCG, he told us about how long it takes to replace a light bulb in the light towers, and we even got to stand on the MCG ground! at the end of the tour we went to the national sports museum, we looked at lots of things like netball outfits, the olympic batons,old cricket stuff and lots more.

After we looked in the sports museum we went to the GAME ON! part of the museum, There were lots of fun things to do there like goal kicking, cyclying, archery, football handballs and lots more!

Some time next week we are going to do science expirements, Miss Powell put the classes expirements on the board, they all look pretty cool! Amber and I are going to do a GREEN ALIEN SNOT! I am realy looking forward to it, hopefully everything goes to plan!

We had hoop time on the 26th of August, i was in a team with: Caitlin R, Brett, Amy, Chelsea, Alisha, Joyce, Jayden and myself.

Our team drew two games and lost to games, Atleast we did have two draws, its better than nothing!

Water is our theme for term 2! We will be learning aboutwater through out this term and by the end.... I think our heads will be filled with water!!!! ha ha ha!


WATER FACTS
1. water when evaporated looks like nothing, well it looks like steam because it is steam!
2. water is actualy clear the water at the beach is colourd by the reflections of the sky!
3. pure water is colourless, ouderless and tasteless, and I think water is still nice without taste!
4. Water makesup two thirds of our bodies!
